Course Overview
This five module course will update you on the current evidence based management of various feline conditions, with a practical slant and plenty of tips to take back to practice. Covering the dyspnoeic cat, pancreatitis, idiopathic cystitis and FIP as well as management of complex hyperthyroid cats.
Feline Medicine Update Part 1 and 2 are standalone courses and can be completed in any order.
- Module 1. Take a deep breath: approach to the dyspnoeic cat, is it cardiac?
- Module 2. To pee or not to pee: lower urinary tract disease
- Module 3. Skinny old cats: hyperthyroidism and important comorbidities; chronic kidney disease, cardiac disease and osteoarthritis
- Module 4. Pesky pancreatitis: updates on diagnosis and management
- Module 5. FIP: now we can treat it!
