
Feline Anaesthesia and Analgesia
Description
Feline anaesthesia requires careful planning and management, they have many differences to other mammal species in how they metabolise drugs and cope with procedures such as intubation. They are known to have a higher anaesthetic mortality rate than dogs and therefore need close monitoring throughout.
