Ruth Moxon MVB MRCVS

Ruth qualified from UCD Dublin in 2006, spent 16 years working in companion animal practice, mostly in London but also in the North East and some locuming in Australia. Ruth loved first opinion practice and completed an improve medicine certificate. She joined Zoetis in 2022 initially working as a veterinary advisor in the regulatory team and more recently as a Zoetis Veterinary Consultant.

Lecture Synopsis:

This session will enable attendees to confidently approach conversations with owners around parasiticide products.  We will discuss the best way to structure recommendations and advice, to take the conversation away from the idea of ‘selling’ and towards a confident recommendation.  Attendees will leave the session feeling confident approaching recommendations to clients on parasiticides, able to explain the features and benefits of these products.
