Course Overview

Microscopy is an essential diagnostic technique used in day-to-day veterinary general practice. This online course represents an introduction to its different applications from faecal examination to urinalysis, skin scraping, examination of blood smears and cytological samples from skin and ear. The course also includes a few clinical case challenges that will help the participants to understand the concepts presented and to consolidate your knowledge. Basic information about microscope selection, cleaning, care, and maintenance will also be provided.
