Video-endoscopy is valuable in the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal disorders in companion animals.
As a result of the growing global pet population, demand for less invasive procedures in veterinary medicine, technological developments, awareness of zoonotic diseases and adoption by veterinary practices to increase profits, video-endoscopy is being increasingly utilised in practice. The global market for this service is expected to grow annually by 7.77% between 2023 and 2030.1
Alessandra Paroli DVM- GPCert (SAN), of Nestle Purina Petcare Europe’s Scientific and Communication Partnership, said “We are pleased to support veterinary professionals in learning from the experts to use video endoscopy in cases of gastrointestinal disorders.
