Paul brings over 20 years of expertise in developing scalable marketing and technology platforms within the veterinary sector. The new appointment comes at a time of significant momentum for PVA, following the successful recent roll out of their app, Vet2Pet. The Vet2Pet app enhances client communication and significantly boosts pet health plan adoption and retention within veterinary practices. Paul’s role at PVA will focus on integrating advanced digital tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

With a proven track record of building and managing multi-disciplinary teams, Paul is adept in client acquisition and retention through various initiatives such as e-commerce, telemedicine, personalized communications, and healthcare plans. His previous roles at MWI and IVC Evidensia saw him play a key role in the digital transformation of these companies, streamlining access to preventative healthcare for pet owners.
