Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a medical condition which impacts many people. The condition can force employees into feeling like they need to reduce the work they do or in some cases give up working altogether.

With this module, we explore why endometriosis is a workplace issue and what employees should consider when supporting colleagues. We included a short podcast discussing the reality of living with endometriosis, and signposts learners to the full podcast.
